Hi! I'm Meredith - I'm a neuroscientist, yoga & breathwork teacher, scuba diver and outdoorswoman and I integrate these passions to help busy, overextended humans rediscover calm, presence, and deep joy.

I carefully curate each experience at boutique hideaways, tranquil spaces surrounded by nature, where you can savor nourishing meals, rest in cozy, beautifully designed accommodations, and enjoy breathtaking views with easy access to remote, restorative landscapes.

Together, we'll take a deep breath and slow down, immersing ourselves in the beauty of nature, making meaningful connections and finding the sacred within and around us.
